Teaming up with students, faculty, and staff, the Office of the Registrar delivers enrollment management and academic record services, maintaining the standards of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and security. We manage transfer credit analysis, undergraduate degree audits, enrollment certifications, and veteran education benefits.

Spring and Summer 2024 Commencement Ceremony

Commencement ceremonies for Spring and Summer 2024 graduates will be held on Friday, May 10th and Saturday, May 11th.

Associate Degree - Achieve as you go

Once a student meets the requirements for the associate’s degree, they are automatically awarded an associate of arts degree in General Studies from Pitt State unless they opt out. See details

The Act provides for the right to inspect and review education records, the right to seek to amend those records, and to limit disclosure of information from the records. The Act applies to all institutions that are the recipients of federal funding.
