Instructions

1. Contact the faculty leader of the program. 
   
2. Complete the application form.

   2. Community/Faculty members
3. The Study Abroad Coordinator will send you an email with the next steps. You will complete the online application on Terra Dotta. You will "login/register" with your PSU id/password, complete your profile, and then apply to the specific faculty-led program.
4. The online application will walk you through the next steps!

Deadlines

Depending on the program, faculty-led program deadlines are usually 90 days before the departure date. Contact the Study Abroad Coordinator if you are interested in a particular program. 

To receive a study abroad stipend, the deadlines are:

March 1st for Fall and Summer programs

October 1st for Spring programs

Instructions

1. Schedule an appointment with the Study Abroad Coordinator. 
   
2. Complete the online application on Terra Dotta. You will "login/register" with your PSU id/password, complete your profile, and then apply to the specific program. 
   
3. Complete the credit transfer form with the list of classes you'd like to take abroad. 
   1. Semester
   2. Summer
4. The Study Abroad Committee will review your application. After receiving the Study Abroad Committee's approval, the Study Abroad Coordinator will guide you through the next steps.

If you would like to study abroad with a program that is not on our list of exchange or affiliate programs, please contact the Study Abroad Coordinator.

You will follow the same steps for an individual program, but you will need to petition for the program. During the application process, you will submit a Petition to Participate in a Non-Suggested Program.
