An office dedicated to expanding the university’s research capacity. Offering comprehensive pre- and post-award services, the Office identifies grant opportunities and provides full support throughout the entire grant lifecycle, from application to closeout.
Proposal Approval Form
The Proposal Approval Form ensures the university is informed of all grants, awards, and contracts being applied for. It is a required step for submitting funding applications and should be completed by the PI/researcher as early as possible—ideally two weeks before the submission deadline. All proposals must receive approval prior to submission. Proposals submitted less than two weeks before the deadline may not be guaranteed approval in time.
We strongly recommend working with the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (research@pittstate.edu) to help develop your budget before filling out the Proposal Approval Form.
