GUS is short for Gorilla User System. GUS is a collection of applications written specifically to be accessed via the internet.
GUSMail (name@gus.pittstate.edu) Official email for PSU students. GUSMail is the primary e-mail provided for the university student population an is the student's primary email account with the university. They are able to keep this indefinitely. All university communications will be sent to your GusMail account. This will include emails regarding your financial assistance, enrollment, or other university notifications. Your instructors will use your GusMail account to send out class communications.
GusNet offers an open wireless network throughout campus. The map provided provides more information about the wireless network as well as includes locations for computer labs on campus.
GUSPrint is PSU's cloudbased printing solution. GUSPrint is user friendly printing solution for Pittsburg State University students that can be found in several convenient locations across campus.
PSU and Microsoft are offering all active Students, Faculty, and Staff FREE Microsoft Office and Office 365! All PSU students receive an Office 365 application account (excluding Outlook email). Students retain this account for 6 months after they are no longer enrolled in a class.
Your PSU Unified password is used to access campus such as Canvas, GUS Classic, GUS Print, Office365, GUSMail, Zimbra, and many other services. More Info
