Julia Spresser


About

Julia Spresser, Ed.D., is a Professor in the Department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation and has served on the undergraduate and graduate faculty since 1990. She received a Bachelor's Degree from Kansas State University, Master's Degree from Northwest Missouri State University and Doctorate from the University of Arkansas.

Dr. Spresser teaches in the areas of tests and measurements, tumbling, aerobics, weight lifting and First Aid & CPR. She is a licensed Zumba(R) Fitness (Hi-low intensity Latin aerobics) instructor in Basics I, II and Aqua Zumba(R). Dr. Spresser taught gymnastics and aerobic dance in the private sector for 10 years.
