In-Person Event: November 1, 2024

Exclusively for high school juniors, seniors, prospective community college, and transfer students. High school sophomores will have the opportunity to attend the spring event.

Join us for an event designed specifically for high school juniors and seniors eager to explore Pittsburg State University's cutting-edge technology programs and discover exciting career opportunities in the ever-evolving tech industry. This event provides a unique opportunity to engage with hands-on demonstrations, insightful information sessions, and meaningful interactions with our dedicated faculty and fellow students.

Attendees will also have the chance to qualify for exciting door prizes and scholarship vouchers by participating in pre-event research and post-event feedback activities.

Join us on Friday, November 1, 2024 at the Crossland Kansas Technology Center, Pittsburg State University, located at 909 E. Ford Street. Don't miss out on this enriching experience!

  • High school students will kick off the event at 8 am,
  • College and community college students at 10 am

Virtual Event

For those unable to attend our in-person visit/open house, we extend a warm invitation to join our College of Technology Virtual Open House. This immersive virtual experience offers students a dynamic platform to explore careers and provides opportunities to win valuable door prizes and scholarships.

The Virtual event is accessible until November 8, 2024, allowing students the flexibility to engage independently at their own pace or enabling educators to seamlessly integrate virtual activities into their curriculum to align with their teaching plans. Don't miss out on this exceptional virtual opportunity to discover your future in technology.
