International Teaching (Non Licensure) Minor

Expand your passion for teaching and traveling the world with the International Teaching minor. This minor is designed for education majors interested in a career teaching outside of the United States. The minor prepares competent, committed, caring professionals to teach and serve students and schools in an international setting. This minor does not lead to a Kansas teaching license or endorsement.

Within the minor, students must teach in an international setting (outside of the US) for a minimum of ten days - 80 hours. Students should work with the program advisor and PSU International Programs and Services to secure an international school to teach at. Non-English speaking countries are preferred but not excluded.
