Pitt State Recent Initiatives
The AA initiative was authorized in 2023 by the Kansas Board of Regents and Pitt State will be the first university in Kansas to automatically confer the degree as students earn it.
Investing in modern and well-maintained athletic facilities, hiring experienced and skilled coaches, and building a strong fan base to foster community support.
A new building for the Kelce College of Business and new student housing in the Besse Hotel will become the keystone anchors of downtown Pittsburg.
The Bryant Student Health Center partners with CHC SEK to expand the accepted insurance of students, services available, and streamline healthcare processes.
A one-stop shop for the advising and academic support of Pitt State students. They will be assisted from enrollment through graduation.
Automatically applied academic achievement awards of up to $4,000 per year.
