• Special Note on Changing Networks: 
  • Anytime that you move networks, the Avaya Workplace soft phone will require you to login to the application again. (Ex: From campus to home, from campus to hotel, etc)
  • As a reminder, if you are not on the PSU campus network, you will also be required to login to VPN to access Avaya Workplace software.
