In 2013, the Kansas Board of Regents adopted changes to the conflict of interest and time commitment requirements that apply to all benefits eligible faculty and unclassified staff. Both federal and Kansas Board of Regents disclosure policies require certain employees to file declaration statements at least annually and on an ad hoc basis if their interests and time commitments change between regular reporting times.
