Compliance and Ethics Hotline

Compliance and Ethics Hotline

At Pittsburg State University, we believe that our core values of honesty, integrity, respect and cooperation, are not simply words written in a strategic plan or on a website page. They are something that we all live by each and every day while striving to provide transformational experiences for our students and the community.

By ensuring that we make every effort to incorporate these core values into our University, we also ensure that PSU lives up to the high ethical standards that make each of us proud to be associated with our University. PSU is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception.

In situations where you observed, or learned of, a known or suspected violation of laws, rules, regulations, policies, or procedures, then you should report it to your supervisor or the appropriate PSU official listed in PSU’s Compliance and Ethics Reporting policy. If you are not comfortable reporting the known or suspected violation personally, if there is no clear reporting line, or if you wish to remain anonymous, you may use the Compliance and Ethics Hotline.

We encourage you to review the Compliance and Ethics Reporting Policy and Pittsburg State Compliance and Ethics Hotline FAQ prior to making a report.

Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key.” Write down your report key and keep them in a safe place.  After 10 business days, use your report key to check your report for questions.
