To remain the region’s top business school, the Kelce College of Business needs a modern, welcoming facility that supports real-world learning, collaboration, business engagement, and inspires innovation and entrepreneurship.
The Kelce College of Business has outgrown its outdated home. Built in 1950 as a high school, the building was repurposed in the 1970s and now serves over 1,000 business students each semester. A recent campus study highlighted critical space and facility needs that must be addressed to continue delivering high-quality business education.

The college also needs more space to grow its outreach in business and economic development. The new building, located on Broadway among a thriving business community, will create valuable connections for students, faculty, staff, and business leaders. Shared spaces will host small conferences, workshops, and public programs, expanding the college’s impact far beyond the classroom.
