Some traditions are too good not to pass down.
Whether it's cheering from the stands, wearing crimson and gold, or hearing stories about life at Pitt State, Gorilla Pride has a way of becoming a family tradition. The Alumni Association’s Legacy Program celebrates the youngest members of our Gorilla Family and welcomes them into a lifelong legacy of spirit, connection, and unforgettable memories.
Today's little Gorillas are tomorrow's campus visitors, students, alumni, and proud ambassadors. Along the way, they'll celebrate traditions, make new memories, and discover what generations of Gorillas already know: Once A Gorilla, Always A Gorilla!
If you're a Pitt State alumnus or alumna, your children and grandchildren (ages 0–18) are invited to join the Legacy Program!
The Legacy Program is open to children and grandchildren, from birth to age 18, of Pitt State alumni.
The earlier they join, the more Gorilla memories they'll make along the way!
Every future Gorilla deserves a warm welcome!
Legacy members enjoy fun opportunities to connect with Pitt State throughout their childhood, including:
- A special welcome gift
As the program grows, so will the fun, with new experiences and surprises added along the way.
