This program allows those who have completed a 2-year Associates Degree in Collision Repair to take their careers to the next level.

Its 60-credit hours are designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the field of collision repair and insurance management.  It’s especially popular with transfer students who’ve already earned an approved associates degree, and maintained at least a 2.5 GPA, because Pittsburg State will accept up 64 college credit hours.

The bottom line is that, in as little as two years, students will leave Pittsburg State having earned a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree and be well prepared to succeed in the workforce.

Like our 2-year Automotive Service Technology degree (AAS), this program provides you with complete, hands-on training for a real world job. But, you’ll receive much more. This program also provides you with technology management, theory, logic, leadership and business skills to broaden your knowledge, better prepare you for managerial positions and make you a more valuable employee.

You’ll also be able to access on-campus housing, as well as additional scholarship and internship opportunities.

According to the Bureau of Labor Standards, the annual median income for this field ranges between $40,000 and $63,000, depending upon your career choice. There are many career options available to students who successfully complete this program. These include:
