Pitt State Football Announces Class of 2012

PITTSBURG, Kan. — Pittsburg State University head football coach Tim Beck has announced that 40 high school seniors have signed letters of intent to join the Gorillas for the 2012 football season.

Here's a complete breakdown of Pittsburg State's 2012 recruiting class:

KYLE ANDERSON, 6-4, 215, FR, TE
Hometown: Rose Hill, Kan.
High School: Rose Hill
H.S. Coach: Greg Slade
Honors/Stats: A first-team Kansas Class 4A All-State selection at defensive end as a senior at Rose Hill High in 2011… also an honorable mention Class 4A All-State tight end pick… helped the Rockets to a 13-1 record and the Class 4A state title… had 17 catches for 216 yards and one touchdown.
Personal: Born October 2, 1993… son of Richard and Connie Anderson.

CALEB BRADDY, 6-0, 180, FR, WR

Honors/Stats: An honorable mention Kansas Class 4A All-State selection at wide receiver as a senior at Rose Hill High in 2011… helped the Rockets to a 13-1 record and the Class 4A state title… had 20 catches for 369 yards and nine touchdowns.
