Purpose:

To provide fitness and wellness opportunities for Pittsburg State University students, faculty, and staff.

How it works:

There will be multiple events and fitness classes that one can attend to gain points. Incentive prizes will be given out for points acquired.

Free, Non-Credited Fitness Classes

  • Extreme Fitness- Monday/ Wednesday 5:00pm SRC
  • Yoga- Tuesday/Thursday 5:00pm SRC
