Purpose:

To provide fitness and wellness opportunities for Pittsburg State University students, faculty, and staff.

How it works:

There will be multiple events and fitness classes that one can attend to gain points. Incentive prizes will be given out for points acquired.

Free, Non-Credited fitness classes

  • Yoga- Monday/ Wednesdays 5:00pm SRC
  • Boot Camp- Tuesday/Thursdays 6:30am SRC
  • Gridiron Fitness- Tuesday/Thursdays 12pm Football Field
  • Weight Training Techniques- Tuesday/Thursdays 6:30pm Weede Weight room

  • Exercise for Beginners- September 24th Balkans room
  • Nutrition- November 

Events

  • Health Fair- October 7th  11am-2pm Oval/
  • 2pm Open Enrollment Meeting- Grubbs
  • Student Health 5k run/walk- September 27th
