We did it!
The State of Missouri will now offer the
Plate of a Champion.
With your help and support, PSU collected and submitted 208 applications to the State of Missouri. We will officially become the first Kansas university to get an official plate in Missouri. This is a wonderful thing for PSU and for our Missouri alumni and friends as we get to display in a whole new way the pride we have in our Gorillas.
It will 2-3 months before the plates are ready because the applications have to be processed then the plates will be produced. Anyone who submitted their application in the initial phase will receive a letter from the State of Missouri when their plate is ready to be picked up.
If you didn't submit your application in the initial phase but would like to get one now you can. Anyone with a Missouri plate can get the PSU plate not just alumni, plus they can be personalized. Please tell your friends, family, and other PSU supporters in Missouri to get a plate and don't delay. Think about putting them on all your personal vehicles and company vehicles too.
If you choose to get a PSU plate:
PSU will need:
1. A completed Registration Information Form and $30. You can fax to 620-235-4949 or e-mail to alumni@pittstate.edu or to REGISTER ONLINE click here. We will then send you the Emblem Use Authorization Statement in the mail.
State will need: Your Emblem Use Authorization Statement that you received from PSU and a completed Application for Missouri Personalized and Special Plates Form 1716 and $15.
