About Dr. Heather Carter

Dr. Carter has worked with children and families, in many different roles, before transitioning to higher education in 2015. Dr. Carter enjoys sharing practical experiences from the public, private and government sectors to teach undergraduate and graduate students how growth and development intersect with different constructs that will impact their lives, personally and professionally.
