College of Technology has an additional per credit hour fee of $14 for each credit hour (up to 10 credit hours) for courses taken in the college of technology with a cap of $140 per semester.
Taking Summer Courses? Pittsburg State University offers more than 450 summer courses, in a wide variety of disciplines. Courses are generally offered in four-week and eight-week sessions, although intersession and short courses are also available. Coursework begins early June, and ends late July.
Limited on-campus housing is available for students that wish to take summer courses.

Flat Rate Tuition Unlike many other schools, at Pitt State you pay a flat tuition amount for 10 credit hours or more for undergraduate students [9 credit hours or more for graduate students], which lets you add extra credit hours to your course load during the fall and spring semesters without incurring any additional per-credit-hour cost. Whether you're taking 10 credit hours a semester [9 credit hours or more for graduate students] or 18 credit hours, your cost is the same.

Sickness/Accident InsuranceAll international students are REQUIRED to purchase Student Health Insurance. Immediate family members may be insured for an additional cost. Please contact Vickie Mense at firstname.lastname@example.org with insurance questions.
Dependents (spouse and/or children)International Student who bring his or her spouse and/or children must show additional certified funds. At least $4,000 for spouse per year and $2,000 per child per year. Dependents must also have required health insurance.
