What Services Are Provided?

Services vary depending on the person’s individual
needs. Examples of services include: sign language
interpreters, meetings with instructors to discuss
classroom accommodations, testing assistance, and
note takers. The EO Office also maintains a supply
of assistive technology and devices. Examples of
these include: tape recorders, wireless microphones
and receivers, CCTV electronic magnification
systems and FM assistive listening devices

How Are Services Provided?

Services are based on the individual needs of the
person. The EO Office develops services to meet
those needs. Services for students are designed
in a manner intended to remove barriers in the
classroom which could hinder a student's ability
to learn.
