PHILANTHROPY - Our local philanthropy is hosting the Get Fit TRYathalon and Get Fit 5K/10K with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Crawford County. Our national philanthropy is Diabetes awareness and education; money raised goes toward this cause.
ACADEMIC/SCHOLARSHIP - Each member needs to have a GPA of a 2.6 to remain in good standing. As a chapter, we have a cumulative GPA of 2.9 to be in good standing.
COMMUNITY SERVICE - Being a part of Alpha Gamma Delta means living each day with purpose, and in doing that, we can change the world around us to be a better place.
LEADERSHIP - Inspire the woman, impact the world. This is at the root of Alpha Gamma Delta's value system, which is reflected in our commitment to leadership and leadership opportunities.
MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - In Alpha Gamma Delta we find our inspiration through membership education and the strengths of our sisterhood. Our membership education programs are divided up into the Alpha, Gamma, and Delta experiences. In these courses you learn the history of what it means to be a member of Alpha Gamma Delta, our Purpose and Values, and how to transition from collegiate life to alumnae life.
SISTERHOOD - Within our sisterhood we focus on events that are both fun and meaningful. Some events we participate in are as simple as movie nights at the chapter house, sisterhood retreats, and paint fights to relieve stress before finals!
