Student Organization Fair - Spring 2018

Each year the Campus Activities Center sponsors a Student Organization Activities Fair in the fall and spring semester. The Activities Fair is scheduled for Wednesday, January 31st, 2018 from 1pm-3pm in the Crimson & Gold Ballroom. Only PSU student organizations who have registered with the Campus Activities Center and completed the registration form will be allowed to participate in the Activities Fair. 

Your organization must be registered as a student organization and for the fair by Wednesday, January 23, 2018 at 4:30 PM.

Registration will be opened at the end of the Fall semester for the student organization fair.

Student Organization Advertisements - Gorilla Shout Out & Digital Display Advertisements

The Gorilla Shout Out Form can be used to submit information to be shared in the weekly Student Organization Events Bulk-E (Gorilla Shout Out) or submit slides for the digital screens in the Overman Student Center. Deadline for weekly email submissions is 4:30 pm on Thursday afternoons. The email will be shared with campus on Monday afternoons. Descriptions for events should not exceed 3 to 4 sentences and it is important to include time, date, and contact information in the description.

Event emails and slides will not be run for more than two weeks prior to an event, the start of ticket sales, or a registration deadline.

We also will not accept slides from multiple organizations for the same event. We will only accept submissions from currently registered student organizations.
