The DJs How to be a DJ Constitution

Studio Picture Gorilla Radio is a project brought to you by students studying broadcasting in the Department of Communication at Pittsburg State University.  DJ Random Rob opened our first broadcast on April 16th, 2008 with R.E.M.'s "End of the World (As We Know It)," setting the tone for the future of Gorilla Radio. The Gorilla Radio team has forced its way through setbacks and obstacles aplenty and today, the project has grown into a student organization that provides a real service to the university as well as the community of Pittsburg. Still, the Gorilla Radio project isn't finished. Our goals include expanding our website to include streaming audio of our broadcasts and eventually purchasing a radio tower and licensing to broadcast to radios all over Southeast Kansas. In the meantime, Gorilla Radio will be rocking your television sets with high-quality, student-produced entertainment.
