String Madness WorkshopString Madness Workshop -  October 29, 2015

The String Area at Pitt State will be hosting a String Madness Day Workshop, a day full of activities for string players culminating with a performance in the beautiful Bicknell Family Center for the Arts.

We are collaborating with the Pittsburg Multigenerational Choir for that performance - The workshop is designed to bring area high school string students for an inspiring day of demanding music making. The event is Free of charge. The String Orchestra will be performing half the concert. The concert will include Elgar Serenade for Strings, O Fortuna from Carmina Burana, among others.
