Lieutenant Colonel Lambert was first commissioned at Western Illinois University in 1995 where he received his Bachelors degree. Since then, Lieutenant Colonel Lambert has been assigned as an Air Defense Artillery Platoon Leader in El Paso, TX in 1996, a Battalion S-2 in 1999, commanded a Military Intelligence Company in San Antonio, TX in 2002, served as Intelligence Advisor for the Iraqi National Police in 2009, and was Counter-Terrorism Senior Operations Leader for the National Security Agency in 2010 among various other previous assignments.  Lieutenant Colonel Lambert received his Masters from American Military University, in Charles Town, W. Va. While serving his time in the Army, Lieutenant Colonel Lambert has received such awards as a Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, the Joints Service Commendation Medal, and the Combat Action Badge to name a few.
