Captain Chad Murrow was born in Fort Scott, Kansas and raised in Uniontown, KS.  Captain Murrow attended Pittsburg State University and obtained a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in 2003.  Following his degree, Captain Murrow was deployed in 2005 with the 891st Engineer Battalion and attended Basic Officer Leadership Course at Fort Benning, Georgia and Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Captain Murrow has received over 14 awards and decorations including the Army Commendation Medal with one oak leaf cluster, Army Good Conduct Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, and the Overseas Service Ribbon.  Previous assignments include Platoon Leader, Executive Officer and Battalion Logistics Officer (S4) of the 891st Engineer Battalion.
