Campus Recreation
Fitness & Wellness Mission

Through an array of programs offered, our goal is to promote the positive effects of exercise and help establish healthy lifestyles among students, faculty and staff at Pittsburg State University.

Fitness Orientation

A fitness orientation is a FREE one time scheduled appointment with a health coach that gives you the opportunity to tour the facility, learn about exercise machines, how to use free weights, and the chance to ask fitness questions. The fitness professional will teach you how to properly use the equipment, allowing you to feel more comfortable within the facility. To schedule an appointment contact bwinklep@pittstate.edu or call 620-235-4983.
