ARTICLE 29. HUMAN RIGHTS IN RESEARCH
Pittsburg State University is committed to assuring that the rights and welfare of human research subjects are protected. Thus, research projects involving human subjects that are under the supervision of any Pittsburg State University staff member must be approved by the Committee for the Protection of Human Research Subjects before the research may begin. The Committee does not evaluate the quality of research, but only the adequacy of protection of the rights and welfare of human subjects.
