FERPA Release Form for Cashiers and Student Accounts - The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects a students' information from being disclosed to anyone other than the student or those authorized by the student to receive information. Complete this form if you would like to authorize an oustide party (i.e. parent, spouse, sibling) access to your student tuition account. This form is separate than that used in the Office of Student Financial Assistance and the Office of the Registar.
