All proposals for external funding for grant and research contract projects from federal, state, and private funds must be approved before the proposal can be submitted. Proposals MUST be submitted to Institutional Compliance and Integrity (ICI) at least 10 working days PRIOR to the submission deadline. Once you find an opportunity, notify ICI immediately by emailing grants@pittstate.edu to begin the process and ensure timely submission.
We’ve pulled common funding resources together so you can focus more of your time on the work and less on the hunt.
Navigating proposal requirements can be complicated. ICI is here to help you understand and meet those requirements.
Prior to submission, ICI will review all scholarly activity and research proposals soliciting external support. ICI will then submit proposals on behalf of PSU.
ICI will make sure the terms and conditions of your award line up with your proposed project and with University policies and procedures.
You got the good news. Congratulations! Now what? ICI will alert you when the award officially comes in and get you access to the funds as soon as possible.
