ONLY SWIM LESSONS ARE OFFERED OVER THE SUMMER. CAMPUS REC GROUP FITNESS CLASSES WILL RESUME IN THE FALL 2019 SEMESTER

Class Descriptions

Undergrad Swim:

This class is designed for swimmers who want to use swimming as a workout and improve their strokes. Classes will include a warm-up, main set, and cooldown. Attention will be given to building endurance, stroke technique, and flip turns

Aqua-Joggin’:

Aqua-Jog with a group or maybe make a new friend during this class. Aqua-Jogging is a high intensity low impact activity. You can aqua-jog anytime the pool is open.

Aqua-phobia:

*NEW* Around 60% of all Americans have some fear of the water. This class meets weekly when the pool is closed to the public. The goal of the class is to get participants comfortable moving around in the water. This is a different approach to traditional adult swim lessons.
