The Campus Activities Center has many resources designated for student organizations. Here are just a few of those items:
• Two computers & a printer for use by the officers and/or members to work on organization projects.• Large poster paper & markers for organization projects.• Leadership Library with over 100 books available to check out• Mailboxes• Professional advisors to assist your organization with - structuring your student organization, - writing a constitution, - finding fundraising opportunities, - understanding risk management, - addressing scholarship, - assistance with recruitment and retention, - dealing with stress, - motivating and working with other organization members, and - much more!

The Gorilla Shout Out Form can be used to submit information to be shared in the weekly Student Organization Events Bulk E (Gorilla Shout Out) or submit slides for the digital screens in the Overman Student Center. Deadline for weekly email submissions is 4:30 pm on Thursday afternoons. The email will be shared with campus on Monday afternoons. Descriptions for events should not exceed 3 to 4 sentences.Event emails and slides will not be run for more than two weeks prior to an event, the start of ticket sales, or a registration deadline.We also will not accept slides from multiple organizations for the same event.
