The rich international diversity on the Pittsburg State University campus will be on display March 12 when PSU's International Student Association (ISA) hosts its Spring Food and Culture Fair. The event runs from 4-7 p.m. on March 12 in Pittsburg's Memorial Auditorium.
This spring, PSU has 465 international students who represent about 40 nations. Those students are already hard at work preparing cultural performances and planning food samplings of their home cuisine.
Admission to the Food and Culture Fair is $1 at the door. Children 12 and under are admitted free. Tickets for food samplings are 50 cents each.
