Created in partnership with Campus ESP, it’s called the Pitt State Family Portal.
"Research shows us that when parents and families are engaged, students are more likely to succeed in college — just like in grades K-12,” said Vice President Karl Stumo. “From assisting with big decisions to offering encouragement and staying informed about campus life, parents play a vital role in student enrollment, retention, and overall well-being.”
This new communication platform is designed to serve families of not just current, but also prospective Pitt State students.
“The Pitt State Family Portal is intended to be a one-stop online hub for parents to find information about campus events, important dates, and opportunities to connect with academic and administrative leaders,” Stumo said. “If parents have questions, the Pitt State Family Portal should be their first stop.”
A comprehensive suite of features will keep families informed, connected, and engaged.
By giving families direct access to the information and tools they need, Pitt State aims to deepen the connection between home and campus — and ultimately help students thrive.
