Fall Career Expo is a event open to all majors and classifications. Students network with employers virtually and learn more about opportunities available in their field of interest. This fair target experiential learning opportunities from summer employment at camps to internships and full-time professional positions.

We will be working with Career Fair Plus to host our upcoming virtual career fair, to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience for students and employers.

How to participate in the Virtual Fall Career Expo

Career Fair Plus Branded Image

  • Step Two: Set up your account and profile
  • Step Three: Search for employers and create a list of who you are most interested in
  • Step Four: Login to the app on Wednesday, October 14 at 10:00 am when Appointment Reservations Open to reserve your time with your top employers.  We recommend signing up for time slots as soon as they open to ensure you get to meet with the employers you are most interested in. 
  • Step Five: Participate in Virtual Fall Career Expo on October 22 during your scheduled times using the Career Fair Plus mobile app or your desktop computer.

Details

  1. REGISTER
    Employers register through Handshake (you will need to create an account if you do not already have one) and submit payment through the external link provided on the registration page.

  2. SET UP YOUR SCHEDULE
    Employers will receive an e-mail invitation from Career Fair Plus with a link to complete their profile and set their schedule availability.  You can  block times as needed, and change the length of the 1:1 meetings up until the scheduling window opens to students on October 14. Additional recruiters can be added if the initial recruiters’ schedules fill up.  You can conduct meetings in the Career Fair Plus in-built Video Meeting Rooms or can chose to conduct meetings by phone or an external link (Zoom, Skype, etc.).  You can review the profiles and resumes of the candidates that have scheduled times to speak with them before the fair.
