Attend a recital performed by Johnathan De Soto.
De Soto is pursuing a Master of Music in Tuba Performance and Orchestral Conducting at PSU. He is the current graduate assistant for the Pride of the Plains and tuba students. Johnathan received a Bachelor of Music in Tuba Performance at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa. He is the principal tubist for the SEK Symphony, PSU Wind Ensemble, and bass trombonist in the jazz ensemble. He has performed with the Royal Hawaiian Band, Maui Pops Orchestra, Hawaiʻi Symphony Orchestra, and the Springfield Symphony Orchestra.
