Under the direction of Dr. Todd J. Hastings, faculty will be performing a recital open to the public.
The festival's mission is to gather leading performers, educators, students, and community for an intensive time of large and small continuing education sessions, master classes, recitals, and concerts.
The festival will also serve to bring together the community of trumpet professionals and performers from the Midwest region. The festival will feature renowned trumpet performers and scholars and is open for the public to attend.
This recital is part of a two day event. The first day of the festival will feature many performing artists such as guest trumpeter Jens Lindemann with the Southeast Kansas Symphony.
