Pittsburg State University is hosting their first High School Esports Tournament, Saturday December 10, 2022. Check in will begin at 8 am and game play will start at 9 am. We will be hosting a single elimination League of legends tournament. The tournament will be made up of 8 teams and the final will be a best of five format. There is no entry fee, sign-ups are first come, first serve and seating during the tournament will be random. There are no rank restrictions. 

The tournament will be hosted on Pittsburg State University's campus at the Bicknell Center for the Arts and the matches will be live-streamed to the Pitt State Esports Twitch channel.

The winning team will receive a $500 per team member scholarship to Pittsburg State University. 

Registration is Open!

No registration fee. Slots for 8 teams, sign up is first come, first serve. After 8 teams response the rest will be put on a waiting list and notified if a slot opens. Registration will close December 8 at 4:30 pm.

Lunch will be provided for free.

  • Softball has a double header against Missouri Southern State University starting at 12:00 p.m.
  • Baseball takes on Rogers State at 2:00 p.m.
  • Track is hosting the 14th Annual David Suenram Gorilla Classic at Carnie Smith Stadium.

Entry to the meet and games is free.

 We will break for an hour for lunch after the 4 preliminary games have been played 
1:00 – on Game Play continues until finals conclude
