PSU Gorilla Gatherings
With full-time jobs and the recent addition of their new baby Rhett, PSU alums Andy and Kelli Perigo certainly have busy lives.
But this family still looks forward to PSU's Gorilla Gatherings, which give alums like the Perigos a chance to hear valuable updates about the university and keep in touch with fellow graduates.
"We like to be informed about what's happening at PSU and stay connected," said Andy, a 2001 business graduate and vice president for Commerce Bank in Joplin. Kelli, a biology graduate, works for Freeman Health System. The couple live in Neosho, Mo., but don't mind traveling to Joplin to attend Gorilla Gatherings there.
"It's fun to see people we went to school with and it's a great casual atmosphere to speak with others who have a connection to the university," Andy said.
The Office of Alumni and Constituent Relations' Gorilla Gatherings, which range from formal dinners to cookouts at ball games, will be held across the country this coming year. We invite you to join the fun!
