Each year, the Student Government Association recognizes Outstanding Faculty members at Pittsburg State University. Students and Campus Organizations are welcome to nominate. The nominations are scored based on a points system, and the winners are recognized at the annual Apple Day Convocation in March. This years Apple Day was based around an environmental aspect, hitting "green apples!"
