The department of Campus Affairs is responsible for representing student concerns regarding issues with auxiliary services, campus facilities, and planning and development. Examples include campus safety, parking, and dining services. It is the job of the campus affairs committee to ensure that student concerns with these issues are conveyed to the administration and other external entities.
What does the campus affairs committee do?
- Administers the CCI Fund
- Maintains and Enforces Poster and Sidewalk Chalking Guidelines
- Lighting and safety walks
What is the Campus Capitol Improvement (CCI) fund?
- Each year Student Government is allocated $10,000.00 for a campus improvement project. The Campus Affairs department issues surveys and does research each year to determine what the most beneficial use of this fund is. Students are encouraged to make suggestions and give their input.
