Higher Education Day is when the Pittsburg State University SGA members team up with other regents schools in Kansas to lobby for issues that effect the higher education needs of Kansas universities. This day is a joint effort that gets quite a bit accomplished. Much like Pitt Day on the Hill, students speak with senators and representatives to push issues for higher education improvement in Kansas. This day was very productive and helped to drive home the issues presented at Pitt Day on the Hill.
