State Travel Agency Address:

All in-state hotel/motel reservations may be book by the traveler directly with the hotel/motel.

All out-of-state conference hotel/motel reservations may be booked by the traveler directly with the hotel/motel if special rates are offered through the conference.

All non-conference out-of-state hotel/motel reservations must be booked by the State Travel Agency. Travelers will not be told where to stay, but will be given a list of hotel/motels with which the State of Kansas has contracted within that city.

All airline ticket reservations must be booked by the State Travel Agency. All car rentals must be booked by the State Travel Agency.
