Who We Are and What We Do

Our department is an administrative unit of Pittsburg State University's Division of Administration and Campus Life. We are responsible for procuring supplies, equipment, professional services, and surplus property management and disposition.

It is our goal to procure goods and services in a timely and cost efficient manner, in accordance with State of Kansas Procurement Regulations and University policies.
