Pittsburg State University President Steve Scott joined Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College President Jeff Hale Thursday on the NEO campus to sign a reverse transfer agreement between the two institutions.
Pittsburg State University President Steve Scott issued the following statement upon learning of the death of PSU student Devon Morris. Morris, a 20-year-old from LaCygne, Kan., passed away as a result of an ATV accident on Monday near Springfield, Mo.
