Pittsburg State University wraps up the 2011 fall semester on Friday, which will be followed by commencement ceremonies on Saturday and Sunday.
Registrar Debbie Greve said there are 555 students eligible to participate in commencement and she expects between 400 and 450 to do so. Of those receiving degrees, 393 are undergraduate and 162 are master’s and Ed.S candidates. Both are record numbers for winter commencement, Greve said.
The commencement ceremonies will be held at 1 and 6 p.m. on Saturday and at 2 p.m. on Sunday. All of the ceremonies take place in John Lance Arena in the Weede Physical Education Building, 1701 S. Homer.
