The Summer Kicks Band at Pittsburg State University will offer some cool jazz for a warm summer night on Friday, June 8. The free concert begins at 7 p.m. on the Oval. In case of rain, the concert will move inside to the Kelce Auditorium.

“We’ve planned all kinds of styles from Latin to swing, Glen Miller to Chuck Manigone, Kenton, Basie, Buddy Rich, Ellington and more,” said Bob Kehle, director. “It should be a great show!”

Those attending should bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.
