Human in vitro fertilization will be the topic of a seminar next week led by one of the country's foremost researchers in the field.
"Human In Vitro Fertilization in 2009" will be presented by Dr. Catherine Racowsky, director of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Laboratory at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, Mass. Racowsky is also an associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Harvard Medical School.
The free presentation, which is open to the public, will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12, in Yates 102.
The seminar will include the most current information surrounding assisted reproductive techniques, and will cover the latest innovations in medical research directed towards helping infertile couples become pregnant.
