1. ITC Technology Planning Working Group
           
            Jerry Smith handed out a proposal to the group for comments/suggestions.  Numerous suggestions were made regarding adding and deleting members/reps from the proposal.  The final membership list includes:

• 1 member from the Division of University Advancement
• 1 member from the Division of Administration and Campus Life
• 1 member from the Office of Admissions
• 1 member from department chairs
• 1 member from the faculty
• Director of Institutional Research (Bob Wilkinson)
• Director of Information Services (Jerry Smith)
• 1 member from Axe Library
• 1 student representative

2. Information Technology Plan Review

            Jerry reviewed the plan and discussed the items Information Services worked on or are currently working on with regards to the funding provided.

3.  Miscellaneous

Lee Christenson asked where the money will come from to update campus machines for those who will update their operating system to Vista?  Discussion started among the group regarding purchasing/leasing new machines.
