1. Update Items
   1. New legislative committee has been established for Government Efficiency and Technology.  They have stated that there first target is Regent's universities.
   2. Kan-Ed and KanREN developments.
2. Role and function of the ITC - I would like to get input from the ITC on the following questions:
   1. What should the ITC be doing? Do we need to change focus?
   2. Should we reduce the number of meetings?
3. Open discussion on campus technology needs and priorities
